Postdoctoral Researcher (Imperial), 2016 - Summer 2019

Biography

Senanayak Sesh Kumar Karri (Sesh) was a CFI-Research Fellow for the 'Trust and Transparency' project at the Statistical Machine Learning group, Imperial College, London. He has previously worked on structure learning of graphical models and submodular optimisation. He is now primarily interested in fairness, privacy and transfer learning etc.

He finished his doctoral studies at ENS/INRIA, Paris under the supervision of Prof. Francis Bach in 2016. He was a post doctoral researcher in the Kolmogorov Group, IST Austria headed by Prof. Vladimir Kolmogorov until October, 2017. He joined Imperial College, London in December, 2017.
