Philosophy and the Ethics of AI

It is no news that technologies using artificial intelligence are not ethically neutral and yet also incredibly diverse. As the variety of these applications in the present and future becomes clear, the study of AI ethics is burgeoning in academic and policy circles. This programme aims to pick up both on the visible and high profile ethical challenges of AI, and on those that are more hidden, using the tools of moral philosophy, philosophy of science, and social sciences.
