Martina Kunz

Research Associate

Biography

Martina Kunz is a research associate on the AI Policy and Responsible Innovation project. Before coming to Cambridge, Martina studied and worked at the University of Geneva, Tsinghua University, and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. For her PhD (soon to be completed) at the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance, she used natural language processing, data science and artificial intelligence to map and evaluate the regulatory techniques and effects of international environmental treaty systems. Her work at CFI focuses on international strategies, policies and governance mechanisms that could help mitigate the risks and harness the opportunities presented by AI.
