Anunya Bahanda

Visiting Student

Biography

Anunya Bahanda is a second year undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania studying philosophy and mathematics. Anunya is a recipient of the 2018-2019 Perry World House Fellowship for public policy and international relations. Her past work experience includes research at Imperial’s Bio-Inspired technologies department, an internship at Jaguar and Land Rover’s R&D department and web-development at Monument Lab.
 
Outside of her acadmics, Anunya is interested in climate change policy, acting as a coordinator and proposal writer to her university’s student led fossil fuel divestment group FFP. Furthermore, Anunya is an active member of the oldest literary society in the United States - the Philomathean Society – and coordinates a Plato-centred philosophy club.
 
Anunya is a summer 2018 visiting student at the Center for the Future of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Cambridge.
